Overview
Fitzpatricks Garage Group is currently recruiting Apprentice Panel Beaters to join our award‑winning Accident Repair Centre in Kildare Town. This four‑year apprenticeship is offered in conjunction with SOLAS and involves both on‑ and off‑the‑job training. Once successfully completed, the apprentice will be awarded a QQI level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft in Vehicle Body Repairs. Main Responsibilities
* Stripping damaged vehicles
* Preparing vehicles for repair work
* Repairing vehicles to the highest standards
* Ensuring compliance with established Job Card procedures
* Communicating all potential issues in advance to the Manager/Supervisor
* Ensuring compliance with safe working/operating practices
Qualifications
* You will be diligent and work well under pressure
* Be able to work to high standards and be highly motivated to learn
* Have a passion for cars with great attention to detail
* Be able to work well as part of a team
* You will have a full clean driver's licence
* Fluent English
