We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Supervisor/Foreman to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects in the eastern part of the country.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Supervisor or Foreman
* Strong knowledge of Irish construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
* In depth understanding of Health and Safety regulations and experience in managing site safety.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Monitor and enforce health & safety compliance (SafePass, PPE, etc.)
* Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
* Strong problem solving skills with a proactive approach to site challenges.
* First aid certification (desirable).
* A strong communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, teams, and subcontractors.
