Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated leader to spearhead our Children's Residential Services, supporting young people with disabilities, complex needs, or those in mainstream care.
* Provide overall leadership, direction, and governance within the designated centre.
* Maintain up-to-date centre policies, protocols, and risk management systems.
* Oversee notifications, audits, inspections, and direct communication with regulatory bodies.
The successful candidate will ensure the day-to-day management of the centre, provide leadership to the staff team, and promote a safe, supportive, and child-centred environment in line with national standards.
