We are currently looking for a Retail Supervisor for our Store.
The Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Management Team in the store to deliver on all results and targets.
Duties include:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage and supervise a team of sales assistants.
Provide training and development to staff.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
Manage stock levels.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Ensure a clean and safe store environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage cash handling and financial transactions.
Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.
Ability to train and develop staff.
