Senior Systems Analyst - HRIS
As a senior systems analyst for our human resources information system, you will play a critical role in the implementation and ongoing support of this key system. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in software lifecycle management, particularly with enterprise-level applications. They will also have expertise in one or more HR-related subject areas and knowledge of GDPR requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the technical lead for HRIS projects, working closely with business users to identify needs and develop solutions.
* Design and implement workflows that meet the needs of our human resources teams.
* Maintain the optimal function of the HRIS by overseeing configuration, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications and modules.
