Operations Management Role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of a busy hotel property.
* This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong operational leadership across departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage, Accommodation, and Guest Services.
To ensure consistent service standards and operational efficiency throughout the property,
the successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once. This includes managing departmental budgets effectively to meet financial objectives.
