Operations Readiness Agile Project Manager (Tax) works with technology, product development, operations and other stakeholders ensuring requirements are robust. We ensure that adequate resources are available to support testing / rollout and manage testing in UAT, and Production.We assist Ops staff with requirement writing and work with Tax technology, product development and other stakeholders re project deployment ensuring requirements are robust and we assist Ops staff with test script writing and test execution.Responsibilities:Work closely with Product Owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectivesAssist in the creation and maintenance of product backlogs, ensuring they are refined, prioritized, and ready for developmentSupport as required with data mapping, gap analysis and requirement gathering for projects in scopeDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, adapting them as needed in an Agile environmentMonitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on project status to stakeholdersWork with operations to support UAT & track Operational Readiness activitiesEstablishes project communication needs and create project communication planCreates the project risk management planPartners with cross function peers to create, administer, track, and eventually close project contractsQualifications:Relevant experienceIdeally will have PMP / Agile qualificationsAbility to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goalsKnowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metricsGood / advanced knowledge of JIRA, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Project, MS SharePointAbility to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysisTax knowledge is of benefit but not essentialWhat we can offer you:By joining Citi Dublin, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week), but also receive a competitive base salary (which is annually reviewed) and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits that support you (and your family) to be well, live well and save well.
