**Job Title:** Motor Claims Consultant
This is a highly technical role with significant international exposure. If you have experience in motor claims and are looking for a challenging opportunity, this could be the ideal position for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and review motor claims handled by third-party administrators (TPAs) and third-party providers across Europe.
* Monitor SLA compliance and technical standards.
* Analyse claims trends and identify areas for cost or process improvements.
* Respond to complex technical queries from internal and external stakeholders.
* Prepare performance reports and drive follow-up action plans.
* Support new programme rollouts and claims insourcing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* CIP qualified or equivalent.
* At least 3 years' experience in motor claims, ideally including BI and/or litigation exposure.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Confident managing claims through to resolution independently.
* Experience working with TPAs or multi-jurisdictional claims teams.
* High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
