This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Tier 1 clients, enhancing their Transfer Agency experience while acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point.What you'll do:Manage day-to-day delivery of Transfer Agency services to multiple high-profile clients.Oversee client reporting, service levels, and incident management.Partner with internal teams to resolve queries, ensure compliance, and drive service enhancements.Act as a key escalation point, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly and effectively.Build strong client relationships while supporting operational efficiency and process improvements.What we're looking for:Previous experience in a client-focused role and/or Transfer Agency experience within financial services or banking IS A MUST .Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to manage pressure and deadlines.Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
