Site Administrator required for a new development in Sligo. Background in construction would be an advantage.
Providing all administrative support to the site team. Reporting to Site Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with materials and plant suppliers for quotes and create purchase orders.
2. Upload and download information to client and company portal
3. Receive deliveries and update the system.
4. Organise site supplies and services (stationary, office cleaning…)
5. Scan and file site documents.
6. Prepare reports, minutes as required by operational managers.
7. Any other ad hoc activities that IQA may require.
Requirements:
8. 3 – 4 years high volume administration experience required, construction site administration experience would be an advantage.
9. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively both verbally and in writing
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
11. Strong system skills ., Word, Excel etc.
12. Ability to process a high volume of documents daily.
13. Car owner with full licence essential.
