Due to growth, they're seeking an experienced Senior DC Administrator to join their busy administration team, managing a portfolio of full-service defined contribution pension schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a client-focused environment, thrives on ownership and accuracy, and brings a strong understanding of DC pension scheme administration. Key Responsibilities Manage the full end-to-end administration of a portfolio of Defined Contribution pension schemes. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of day-to-day scheme administration. Prepare annual benefit statements, trustee reports, and other scheme documentation. Monitor and meet all statutory deadlines and compliance requirements. Liaise professionally with trustees, corporate clients, and scheme members to resolve queries. What We're Looking For Minimum 6 years' DC pensions admin experience in a consultancy, broker, or insurer environment. Strong understanding of pensions legislation and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills with the confidence to support client interactions. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling deadlines with ease.
