About the Opportunity
Our organisation is looking for a seasoned Site Manager to lead projects from conception to completion. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience working with main contractors, overseeing projects under tight deadlines and maintaining high standards. Previous experience in sectors like education, healthcare, commercial, retail, and residential would be beneficial.
Candidates from engineering or trades backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing subcontractor coordination
* Preparing control programmes and lookahead plans
* Providing progress reports and site meetings
* Fostering client relationships and collaborating with architects and engineers
* Maintaining familiarity with current Health and Safety Construction regulations
