Service Delivery Lead
We are seeking a hands-on professional to oversee the end-to-end delivery of B2B broadband and VOIP installations. The ideal candidate will possess strong ICT skills, a proven track record in service delivery, project coordination, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with internal teams for timely and professional service delivery.
* Configure routers, VOIP handsets, and cloud PBX systems.
* Act as primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and installation.
* Attend client meetings as required.
* Monitor project timelines, manage risks, and resolve issues efficiently.
* Improve processes and manage hardware procurement and inventory effectively.
Requirements:
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* ICT or telecoms experience is preferred but not essential.
* Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams.
