As the firm continues to expand its Real Estate practice, an opportunity has opened for a Real Estate Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join their team.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent role for a mid-level solicitor looking to build on their experience in commercial property within a highly regarded boutique setting. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior Solicitors on a variety of real estate matters, gaining hands-on client exposure and the chance to develop technical and commercial expertise.

Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and development projects.
* Draft and negotiate property-related documentation including contracts for sale, leases, and title documents.
* Carry out title reviews, due diligence, and property investigations.
* Assist with property finance transactions and liaise with lenders and borrowers.
* Advise on landlord and tenant matters, property due diligence, and corporate support work.
* Manage files with increasing autonomy under partner supervision.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
* Qualified solicitor in Ireland with approximately 3 years' PQE in Real Estate / Commercial Property.
* Experience gained in a recognised Irish or international firm.
* Strong technical ability with sound knowledge of Irish property law and conveyancing practice.
* Excellent drafting and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing transactions independently.
* Collaborative team player with a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in real estate law.
