Project – Commercial Projects
Job Location – Mayo / Galway / Sligo
Salary – €40k - €45k
About the Company
An exciting opportunity to work with very bust contractor on a number of commercial projects near the Western Seaboard; Mayo, Galway & Sligo.
The Role
* Plan daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of materials, completing daily site diary and relevant weekly paperwork in accordance with company policy.
* Day to day management and supervision of operations on site as well as managing labour and subcontractors and all personnel on site.
* Supervise roofing & Cladding.
* Ensure Health and Safety practices are adhered to and oversee quality control.
* Liaise with project stakeholders including clients, designers and government bodies.
* Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations.
* Attendance and reporting at site meetings.
Requirements
* Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Site Foreman.
* Experience roofing.
* Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification.
* Strong sense of ownership over projects.
* Civil and Building Experience.
