ETL Developer – Data Integration & BI Solutions
Permanent | Hybrid
€55,000 – €75,000 DOE
We are recruiting for an experienced ETL Developer to join a growing team focused on delivering enterprise data integration and business intelligence solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a global organisation investing heavily in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise‑scale ETL processes and data solutions that drive reporting, analytics, and business decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines
Extract, transform, and load data from multiple business systems and external sources
Build and maintain scalable data integration solutions using Microsoft technologies
Develop and support data warehouse solutions and dimensional data models
Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and performance across all data platforms
Create, optimise, and support Power BI reports and dashboards
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective data solutions
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise ETL processes and data workflows
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline
4+ years' experience as an ETL Developer, Data Integration Developer, Data Engineer, or similar role
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric
Proven expertise in ETL development, data integration, and data transformation processes
Advanced SQL development and database optimisation skills
Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modelling, and enterprise reporting environments
Strong Power BI experience, including optimisation of large datasets and performance tuning
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Candidates must currently be located in Ireland and hold either an EU Passport or a valid Stamp 4 Visa

Salary: €55,000 – €75,000 DOE
