Bodyshop Administrator

Role Overview
Responsible for processing all damages requiring Bodyshop assessment and repair, ensuring vehicle downtime aligns with KPIs. Maintain no more than 2% of the Dublin fleet in Bodyshop at any time.
Key Responsibilities
* Take images of damaged vehicles for damage packs
* Upload damage packs to shared drives
* Perform quality checks on vehicles returning from repairs
* Notify Workshop Manager of QC outcomes
* Manage and monitor vehicles in Bodyshop
* Manage damage packs and documentation
* Act as point of contact for Service Department and other departments
* Provide training support to satellite branches
* Liaise with Asset Department for vehicle movements
* Ensure timely job card creation and updates
* Update customers on repair progress
* Handle correspondence
* Communicate daily with external Bodyshop
* Conduct fleet audit reports
* Perform filing

Person Specification
* Leaving Certificate including Maths & English or equivalent
* Basic vehicle panel and maintenance knowledge
* Experience in a Bodyshop, warranty, or workshop environment
* Proven customer service skills
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Organized and self-motivated
* Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
* Team player adaptable to change
* Experience in vehicle rental or motor industry desirable
* Body shop or warranty experience preferred
What we offer:
Salary €30,000 DOE per annum pro-rata, plus:
