Your Role & Impact

* Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via email and phone.
\
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
\
* Resolve issues with efficiency, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset.
\
* Provide comprehensive support for key account administration, including preparing quotations, handling invoicing, assisting credit control and addressing reporting-related queries.
\
* Identify opportunities to enhance processes and exceed customer expectations.
\
* Evaluate problems and propose solutions that benefit both customers and the company.
