Senior Project Manager Job Opportunity
This role is for a Senior Project Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract with potential extensions. The position offers flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working and the opportunity to work from various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement robust project management methodologies and processes to ensure successful delivery of the Community Connect programme.
* Manage priorities across multiple workstreams and other competing demands to deliver the programme in a cohesive and planned manner.
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource plans, reporting on progress against expected plans and escalating deviations as necessary.
* Manage project scope, cost, timelines, quality, risks, benefits, and change requirements, preparing clear, concise, and accurate reports backed by reliable documentary evidence.
Requirements:
* Two plus years of experience in managing large-scale digital transformative projects within a medium-to-large scale organisation, preferably in the healthcare industry.
* Significant experience of project planning, project documentation, project reporting, RAID, and RACI management.
* Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
* PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present information confidently and logically.
* A capacity to influence and negotiate, ensuring delivery on stretched objectives.
