Job Description
The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory standards within the quality management system. This involves supporting production and quality operations by conducting investigations, reviewing laboratory reports, and performing run set-up and final acceptance/release through review of run records/device history records.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can identify, document, and investigate non-conformances to establish sustainable corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducts pre-review on incoming product to confirm compliance to processing specifications.
* Reviews and releases laboratory reports, ensuring tests comply with requirements and customer requests.
* Assists in quality investigations, associated problem-solving activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Identifies and investigates non-conformances to establish sustainable corrective actions.
* Supports investigations into customer complaints and internal/external audit observations.
* Assists in the development and revision of quality system policies and procedures.
* Reviews operating logs to ensure timely and accurate recordkeeping.
