What’s the role?
We’re seeking a Senior Quality Assurance and Test (QA&T) Engineer to join the expanding QA & Test function for our DL+ product line. This role involves ownership of the testing framework for a large cloud‑based application, developing and maintaining both automated and manual test cases, and ensuring tests are executed in accordance with industry best practices and audit standards. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, Client Services, and Operations teams is essential.
We’ll Trust You To
* Perform automated and manual testing across the BDMS Product suite, including core software services, standard configurations, and client‑specific configurations.
* Create and execute test plans and report on test execution.
* Report testing progress to the QA Manager and QA Lead(s) and represent the QA function at meetings.
* Become an SME, supporting and sharing knowledge with team members.
* Seek continuous improvement within QA, Test processes, and procedures.
* Promote QA awareness across the company.
You’ll Need To Have
* Degree in Computer Science or a relevant industry qualification.
* Demonstrated experience as a Senior QA or Test Engineer.
* Detailed knowledge of Python and automated testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver.
* Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate proactively with Product, Engineering, Client Services, and Product Analyst teams.
* Drive and determination to deliver high‑quality results during QA phases.
* Ability to triage complex issues and direct them to the correct team.
* Familiarity with technologies used for defect analysis (e.g., Python, Pandas, Jupyter Notebooks, SQL, Unix).
* Creativity and a pragmatic approach to improving test coverage and effectiveness at scale.
* Defect management experience, including logging product issues into tracking systems with clear, step‑by‑step guidance for engineering teams.

* Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in asset management and capital markets.
* Knowledge of AI in the QA space.
* Knowledge of machine learning in the financial space.
