* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Finishing Foreman within residential construction is required.
* A trade background, such as carpentry or plastering, is highly desirable.
* The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget.
* Strong knowledge of building regulations, health & safety, and quality standards is essential.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary for success in this role.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is crucial.
Key Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar role within residential construction.
* A trade background is highly desirable.
