Job Title: Laboratory Manager
This senior role oversees the efficient operation of a Food Chemistry laboratory, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and customer requirements.
* Oversee daily testing operations to guarantee high-quality results in a timely manner.
* Manage departmental teams to drive standardization across the network.
* Support client launches and contribute to strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
o Manage workflow planning, capacity management, cost control, and KPI performance.
o Evaluate turnaround times and OPEX metrics.
2. Technical Excellence:
o Develop methods, validate data integrity, and perform root-cause analysis.
o Sustain internal/external audit support.
3. People Leadership:
o Develop managers and supervisors, build talent pipelines, and foster a positive culture.
