The successful candidate will be accountable for providing high-quality patient care, leading and managing nursing services, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering effective communication within the multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, have a proven track record of delivering quality outcomes, exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Theatre Responsibilities:
* Orthopaedic Manager - responsible for leading operating theatre teams and ensuring efficient delivery of surgical lists while maintaining high standards of patient safety and care.
* Theatre-CSSD coordinator - responsible for coordinating cleaning schedules and supplies required for each list.
