Job Description
Main purpose of the role:
Ensure the store's accounts are efficiently and effectively managed at all times.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be
* Minimum 1 year experience in an accounts administrator role
* Experience with accounts software is desirable
* Excellent numerical skills
* Strong data entry skills
* Strong attention to detail and organized
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Main duties:
* Actively embody Centra brand values: Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Based
* Oversee and manage the store's accounts, including those with suppliers, customers, and third parties
* Manage all invoices
* Keep accurate reports on accounts payable and receivable
* Identify and address any discrepancies
* Perform general administrative duties
* Maintain confidentiality at all times
