You will drive the execution of strategic priorities—selling AI, Copilot, and Business Process Transformation (CRM, ERP) cloud services, collaborating with partners, and enabling customer success.

Qualifications
Fluency in written and verbal German.
Experience in technology sales or account management, or a relevant degree with sales experience, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience selling CRM, ERP, Low-Code platforms, or similar SaaS/cloud business applications to enterprise clients, with a record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
Maintain a Customer and Partner First mindset—engage with customers and decision-makers, deliver connected engagement, and drive satisfaction and sales through digital excellence.
Sales Execution:
Drive new sales and customer engagement using digital signals, social selling, and partner collaboration.
Manage the entire Biz Apps business in your territory, including transactions and consumption.
Build external stakeholder networks and implement strategies to accelerate opportunities.
Customer Engagement:
Identify and engage business and IT decision-makers to understand challenges and propose solutions like Dynamics 365 and Power Platform that deliver measurable value.
Use industry insights and a consultative approach to uncover needs and achieve business outcomes.
Opportunity Management:
Lead planning and execution for accounts, build stakeholder maps, and close deals through strategic engagement.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams and partners to cross-sell and up-sell, share best practices, and gather customer feedback.
Operational Excellence:
Meet operational standards, maintain accurate reporting on KPIs such as pipeline, deal velocity, and forecasting.
Use tools and processes to provide timely insights and achieve strategic goals.
Learning & Development:
Complete training and certifications related to Biz Apps, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
