My client is looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join their incredible organisation, based in Cork.
This is permanent role with a hybrid working model.
A Data Engineer with: 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering roles Proficient in PL/SQL for data transformation and querying Strong experience with ETL processes and pipeline optimization Deep knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices Expertise in data modeling (both logical and physical) Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development Solid experience working with Oracle databases Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to understand data needs Create and optimize data models for analytical and reporting purposes Build dashboards and reports using Power BI to deliver actionable insights Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems Support and maintain large-scale data warehouse environments Additional skills Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation Why This Role?
