About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical organisation, addressing some of the world's most challenging healthcare needs.
You will be supporting laboratory operations within a new laboratory facility, including equipment qualification, documentation generation and contributing to lab establishment.
Duties:
* Support laboratory operations within the new laboratory facility.
* Review, trend and report laboratory data to support batch data generation.
* Manage routine cleans of laboratory equipment.
* Ensure laboratory housekeeping standards are maintained.
* Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
You will also be responsible for responding to standard requests from partners, customers and clients. Additionally, you will participate in functional meetings, facilitate cross-functional meetings and participate in laboratory investigations and Root Cause Analysis activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop technical expertise through participation in SME development groups.
* Sustain site safety culture.
* Perform supporting activities for general lab operations, EM, Facility testing, method transfers and laboratory studies.
Requirements:
* 1+ years' experience with a degree in Biological Sciences or Engineering, preferable background in microbiology.
* Familiarity with biologics manufacturing and microbiological testing techniques.
* Knowledge of laboratory systems.
* Ability to think logically under pressure and communicate effectively.
