What will I be doing as Burger King Supervisor at Applegreen?
Support the manager with various administration tasks to ensure the highest store performance.
Assist the site manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
Motivate the team by challenging staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
Ensure that the store operates in line with Burger King standards, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
