Job Overview
The Finance & Administration Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the finance and administration functions of our organization.
* To work within established policy frameworks.
* In conjunction with the Finance Officer, administer debtor and creditor accounts.
* Provide support with general administrative tasks across finance, property management, procurement, financial reporting, and compliance to statutory funders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform day-to-day accounting duties, including weekly payments, analysis of credit/debit transactions, petty cash management, and invoicing.
* Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts.
* Prepare profit and loss budgets for various divisions.
* Process weekly and monthly payroll.
