**Global Compliance Program Manager Role**

* We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compliance Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance-related processes, policies, and practices are documented, tracked, and reported on.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in HR compliance, operations, risk management, or related fields, with significant exposure to global employment law and HR operations.
You will work closely with internal partners to remediate risks and gaps, maintaining a repository of compliance-related policies and processes pertaining to labor laws, workplace regulations, and employee-related programs.
In this role, you will develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders to support driving strategic program objectives, manage Compliance Change Management action plans and communications, and collaborate with HR leadership to align compliance programs with business goals.
You will also use the ServiceNow platform to provide visibility to senior leadership, conduct regular risk assessments of HR processes, policies, and practices, and identify compliance gaps and areas of improvement.
Furthermore, you will partner closely with teams responsible for internal audits related to people practices, monitoring key compliance indicators, and preparing analyses for senior leadership.
