Finance Administrator (Accounts Receivable) / Receptionist

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the finance department, along with all Reception duties.Finance support will entail completing and managing the Accounts Receivable process.

Responsibilities:

* Sales Invoicing, creation and processing
* Accounts Receivable – Collections (customer payment) ownership
* Invoice query resolution – working with internal departments (Operations/Sales) and external customers in resolving any disputes/queries
* Completing Debtor reconciliations monthly
* Following up with customer queries
* Performing bank reconciliations, Balance Sheet reconciliations
* Ad hoc month end activities
* All Reception related duties; Greeting & Directing Visitors, Managing access, Scheduling Meeting Room Calendars, Answering phones, Office Supplies.
* Develop and maintain good business relationships with both internal and external customers
* Coordinating and Supporting Sales and Marketing Departments with events and Admin support.
* Assist with the development and implementation of continuous improvement objectives and initiatives
* Any other reasonable duties as required.
* Strong numerical skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
* Motivated self-starter, Ability to work to deadlines and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work independently without direct supervision
* Strong interpersonal skills with experience of dealing with Customers, Visitors and Colleagues
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal English.
* Knowledgeable on reporting systems and financial processes with a focus on attention to detail.
* Familiarity or knowledge of the Aerospace Market would be an advantage.

Requirements:

* Account Technician or similar qualification, Proven track record in an Finance Administration role.
* Accounts package on-site is Opera, previous experience would be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
