Pirtek Limerick require Mobile Service Technician (Limerick/North Kerry/Clare/North Tipperary area)
The Role
The successful candidate will be part of our service team, responsible for assembling and replacing hydraulic hoses on customers' machinery in an on-site setting or in our Hose Service Centre in Limerick. The role requires rotating through a 24/7 on-call shift pattern.
The role is permanent, full time.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide a customer-first service by offering a professional On-site Hydraulic Hose Replacement Service.
Ensure our safety policy and/or Customer's safety policy is followed at all times.
Damaged Hoses are to be removed from Equipment and produced on-site from your Mobile workshop.
Testing the hydraulic system upon repair completion to ensure Quality & Safety of repair.
The day-to-day management of the vehicle/workshop includes maintaining stock levels and performing routine equipment and vehicle checks.
Build your own client base to avail of attractive commission & bonus structure.
Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner on all on-site callouts.
Support our Counter team in the shop when not attending callouts.
Sell our products and services to new and existing customers.
Requirements
Hydraulic/Mechanical/Plant experience.
Full clean driving licence.
Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Good attention to detail and do it right first time.
Good interpersonal skills.
You need to Enjoy working in the field, in a variety of industries and Equipment.

Pirtek's mission is to provide the fastest and most convenient service available, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The bulk of our work is replacing burst or damaged hydraulic hoses via the mobile service engineers.
Pirtek places great emphasis on training and all our service engineers undergo City & Guilds approved training at our dedicated facility in Birmingham, UK. Please note, the successful applicant must be willing and able to travel to Birmingham for one week to complete this training as it is a requirement for this job.
Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
