Job Summary
As a skilled CAD detailer, you will be working under the guidance of the design lead to produce detailed drawings of modular buildings. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure an efficient and healthy workflow.
About the Role
You will be responsible for sketching initial designs at the tender stage, producing 3D models of projects within Revit, and drafting fabrication drawings for the workshop. You will also revise drawings as necessary and re-issue them to relevant parties.

Requirements
This role requires 2 years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in Revit, and proven ability to work independently and use own initiative effectively. Excellent organisational skills are essential, and experience in Modular design would be an advantage. A full driving licence would also be beneficial.
