As a Senior Civil Water Engineer you will play a vital role in all aspects of water and wastewater treatment, storage, supply and collection systems on transformational programmes for critical infrastructure, including opportunities to work on iconic projects at home and abroad.
We specialise in water and wastewater networks and treatment across a range of sectors – including aviation, buildings, places, education, energy and environment. We provide industry‑leading solutions through the project lifecycle, from design to construction administration.
Your role
Design and deliver water and wastewater schemes at various project stages from feasibility to detailed design, contract document preparation and construction administration, following relevant design standards and codes and maintaining high quality.
Prepare briefs, scopes of work and input into bid proposals.
Work closely with teams in Ireland and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
Manage projects or support the Project Manager in the management and monitoring of delivery within defined budget and programme requirements.
Understand, communicate and manage project risks.
Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.
About you
Chartered Civil Engineer.
Experience leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary design and Design & Build.
Sound knowledge of water and/or wastewater treatment, storage solutions, hydraulics, water supply and wastewater collection systems, and familiarity with current Irish design standards and working practices.
Experience in commercial, contractual and programme management.
Ability to work within a team environment and take initiative to achieve project goals.
Excellent communication skills.
