We are looking for an experienced M&E Coordinator to support the delivery of major construction projects for one of our key construction clients.This role offers the opportunity to work across high-profile projects, coordinating mechanical and electrical packages from design through to commissioning and handover while working with an ambitious and growing team.What You'll DoCoordinate Mechanical & Electrical packages across construction projectsManage and support site teams and subcontractors on all M&E-related activitiesEnsure M&E works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standardsCoordinate design-build M&E packages to meet project and client requirementsMonitor programme, budget, and progress across M&E packagesLiaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams throughout deliverySupport project teams with snagging, commissioning, and final handoverManage and coordinate M&E snag lists and close-out activitiesAssist with retentions, subcontractor close-out, and final project completionSupport estimating and tender reviews when requiredHelp identify and resolve technical or coordination issues across projectsWhat We're Looking ForDegree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or relevant industry experience5+ years' experience in an M&E Coordinator or Building Services roleStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within constructionExperience coordinating M&E subcontractors and consultantsKnowledge of commissioning, snagging, and handover processesElectrical project experience is an advantageStrong communication and organisational skillsExperience delivering projects in IrelandWhat You'll GetCompany VehicleBonusPension SchemeCompany Phone & LaptopCareer progression opportunitiesExposure to large-scale, multidisciplinary projects
