Job Description
The role supports the HR department in administering HR processes and ensuring accurate payroll processing to meet business objectives. Weekly payrolls are processed for approximately 300 employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer Advance Systems Time & Attendance.
* Process hourly and salary (weekly) payroll using Sage Micropay.
* Resolve payroll-related queries.
* Complete all month-end payroll reports.
* Compile (CSO) reports.
* Assist the HR department with implementing human resources activities, including recruitment, performance management, contract preparation, and learning development.
* Support onboarding and induction processes, new hire documentation, and delivery of the HR section of the induction program, while maintaining accurate personnel files.
* Update the HRM system with employee information, such as changes, absences, and holiday entries.
* Perform general administration tasks.
Qualifications:
* Experience processing payroll, preferably 2-3 years of full payroll runs.
* IPASS qualification is desirable.
* Familiarity with Sage Micropay is advantageous.
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel.
* Knowledge and experience of Revenue-online-Services (R.O.S.).
* Interest or experience in a general HR function.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with T&A Systems and payroll systems.
