Electrical Design Engineer Job Summary

This position involves providing engineering design services for building electrical systems, including designing and specifying electrical engineering solutions in line with regulations and design standards. You will work directly with clients and project engineers to define requirements and develop technical solutions, participate in pre-construction activities, and provide off-site technical support to construction teams.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering and 3+ years of experience in electrical building services design, ideally in a consultancy setting. You should have strong knowledge of CIBSE/ASHRAE Guides, Building Regulations, EN & IEC Standards. Proficiency in Hevacomp, Auto CAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite is also required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as well as high attention to detail and adaptability in a multidisciplinary team environment.
