We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of technology solutions aimed at supporting our operational efficiency, ensuring good governance and good practices, and enhancing our service offering and optimising food distribution.
As a Project Manager at FoodCloud, you will play a critical role in ensuring the alignment of projects with organisational priorities, facilitate smooth change management, and improve how we work as an organisation.
About the Job: FoodCloud is recruiting a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager with extensive change management experience to lead the delivery of strategic, cross-functional initiatives across FoodCloud.
This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional project management, change leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
The ideal candidate is outcome-driven, thrives in complexity, and is adept at guiding teams through transformation in a structured, collaborative, and impact-oriented way.
The role will bring rigour to project planning and execution while fostering the behaviours, communication, and cross-team alignment needed for successful adoption of change.
This role demands strong systems thinking, clear prioritisation, and the ability to navigate technology led activity to deliver measurable outcomes.
Success in this role means that projects are delivered on time and to scope, and that new processes and tools are embraced and embedded within the organisation and by our external service users.
The portfolio of work will include initiatives key to enabling and growing the impact of FoodCloud's strategy.
Areas include our AI Programme, organisation-wide reporting strategy and working with internal stakeholders to develop FoodCloud's capabilities and capacity to effectively deliver change plans with external partners.
The role will create clarity, ownership, and momentum across strategic projects at FoodCloud.
Key Objectives: Project Delivery Excellence
Consistently deliver high-impact projects on time, within scope, and with clear measurable value, using structured methodologies and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
This includes effective risk assessment and management and cross functional planning with other Product and Project Management teamsCross-Functional Integration & Adoption
The role should enable seamless integration of new tools, practices, or frameworks across departments.

Support operational and development teams to use data to drive decisions, whether via reporting tools, AI forecasting models, or process improvements that unlock measurable gains in efficiency or food waste reductionContinuous Learning & Improvement
The role should actively capture lessons learned and review with other project, product and development roles to improve future project planning, and foster a feedback-driven approach to scaling changeChampion Ethical, Secure, and Compliant Delivery
Ensure all change efforts, particularly those involving technology, data, and automation, meet governance, privacy, and ethical standards.
Promote responsible innovation aligned with FoodCloud's values and impact goalsKey Duties: Programme and Project LeadershipApply strong, standard project management methodologies to scope, structure, and deliver complex initiativesEstablish clear project charters, timelines, roles, and accountabilities, ensuring alignment with organisational prioritiesIdentify critical path items, dependencies, and risks; proactively resolve blockers and maintain momentum toward delivery goalsLead programme reviews and retrospectives, embedding continuous improvement practices across project lifecyclesCross-Functional Stakeholder Management Navigate and align diverse teams with competing priorities through clear communication, structured decision-making, and inclusive planning processesBuild and maintain productive relationships across functions, bringing people on the journey and ensuring all voices are heard and consideredTranslate strategic objectives into actionable plans that resonate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alikeChange Management & Behavioural AdoptionLead the human side of change, ensuring new tools, systems, and processes are not only delivered, but adopted and sustainedDesign and execute tailored change strategies: stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training resources, and adoption tracking using standard change management frameworks and processesUse empathy, facilitation, and coaching skills to build trust, reduce resistance, and champion new ways of workingOutcome & ImpactDefine and track success metrics from project initiation to post-implementation evaluationEnsure every project delivers against clear organisational outcomes, whether that's increased impact and efficiency, better data visibility, or improved user experienceActively contribute to a culture of accountability and shared ownership by making project progress visible, measurable, and tied to impactGovernance & Ethical Delivery Ensure projects adhere to internal governance standards and external compliance requirements (e.g.
