Job Description
Chef de Partie is required to work with JBG RESTAURANTS LIMITED at 21 Quay St, Galway, Ireland. Candidates must have at least 2 years of Chef de Partie experience. Duties include preparing meal ingredients, handling incoming deliveries, monitoring inventory of restaurant supplies, maintaining basic cleaning duties, preparing, plating, and presenting meals, managing kitchen opening and closing, and other duties as directed by management and the Head Chef.
Salary: €34,000.00 per annum based on a 39-hour workweek.
