Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
* Develop a comprehensive content strategy that supports organizational objectives and customer engagement.
* Create governance models, editorial calendars, and workflows for content production and approval.
* Evolve digital content strategy; identify content gaps and opportunities based on market research, customer journeys, and competitive analysis.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Collaborate with internal teams to align content priorities.
* Facilitate content meetings to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely delivery.
* Act as the primary liaison between key stakeholders and content execution teams.
Content Architecture & Framework
* Define taxonomy, metadata standards, and tagging systems for content discoverability.
* Ensure content is structured for scalability and reuse across platforms.
Oversee Performance & Optimization
* Partner with analytics and SEO specialist + enterprise team to monitor content performance.
* Use data-driven insights to refine strategy and improve engagement metrics.
* Establish KPIs for content effectiveness and ROI.
Compliance & Governance
* Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and accessibility standards.
* Maintain version control and audit trails for content assets.
Innovation & Trends
* Stay updated on digital content trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
* Recommend new formats (interactive content, video, infographics) to enhance engagement.
