Job Summary
This role will require occasional travel to InisCare’s offices located in Dublin, Meath, and Kildare.
Responsibilities
Compliance and Standards: Adhere to all InisCare company policies and procedures and ensure you have a good understanding of same.
Continuously update and develop all training programmes to meet InisCare staff needs.
Analyse the effectiveness of all our training programmes and workshops.
Collaborate with InisCare management to identify training needs for employee’s and schedule appropriate training
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative solutions to training needs
Provide feedback to recruiters on potential new employees
Oversee current employee’s renewal of mandatory training
Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning platforms.
Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training methods accordingly.
Work with a positive attitude and strive for continuous development.
Qualifications
QQI Certified Manual Handling & People Moving Instructor – Essential
PC Skills – Essential
First Aid – Desirable
Experience
Work Experience: Experience in delivering training – Desirable
Experience working in a Healthcare Setting – Desirable
Skills: Strong attention to detail, proficiency PC skills are a requirement – Essential
