About the Role Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high level support to the CEO and leadership team.

You will act as a central point of coordination and help senior leaders operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities - Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling for the leadership team - Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing packs ahead of internal and external meetings - Coordinate board and executive level meetings including agendas, minutes, and follow up actions - Oversee travel planning, itineraries, and logistics - Act as the link between senior leaders and internal or external stakeholders - Prepare emails, updates, and documents on behalf of leadership - Handle confidential information with complete discretion - Track priorities, deadlines, and commitments to support smooth delivery of objectives - Manage ad hoc projects and provide wider business support where needed Skills and Experience Required - Strong experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting C level leaders - Background within insurance or broader financial services is preferred - Proven ability to manage shifting priorities in a complex environment - Excellent communication skills with confidence writing and preparing documents - High level of professionalism and discretion - Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel - Comfortable working independently and anticipating needs Personal Qualities - Calm under pressure with a proactive approach - Strong attention to detail - Confident relationship builder - Reliable, flexible, and solutions focused
