Production Operations Manager
This role is responsible for overseeing production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily production schedules, equipment maintenance, and process optimization to meet quality and efficiency targets.

* Lead and develop the production team by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, preventative maintenance programs, and safe working practices throughout the production team.
