Nua Healthcare provides residential and supported living services for individuals with complex support needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents.
Responsibilities
1. To ensure that personal plans, risk assessments, and behavioural support plans are up-to-date and that services are delivered in line with regulations.
The successful candidate must have experience working within a healthcare setting, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to make critical decisions while exercising sound judgement. A degree in Health or Social Care is preferred but not essential if accompanied by suitable equivalent qualifications.
