How You Will Make A Difference:
1. Identify high potential companies who can benefit from Klaviyo's solution.
2. Partner closely with experienced Mid-Market Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies to generate opportunities.
3. Develop, test, and refine messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas.
4. Share learnings and best practices with the Outbound team to support peer success.
5. Reflect Klaviyo's values of accountability and effort.
Who You Are:
1. Have 1+ years of experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound BDR role at a marketing technology company.
2. Continuously seek improvement and are rigorous in your pursuit of growth.
3. Motivated by exceeding goals and driven to succeed.
4. Thoughtful, engaging, energetic, and self-aware.
5. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
6. Detail-oriented, a self-starter, professional, and persistent.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Fluent in English and German (written and verbal).
