Job Title: Service Manager
This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of services. As a Service Manager, you will provide leadership and supervision to teams, ensuring the development of the service in line with national standards and best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Team Manager with the management of services.
2. Provide person-centred planning in line with Personal Outcome Measures ethos and practice.
3. Manage resources and staffing, including rosters, staff development, and facilitating communication.
4. Ensure a good quality of life for the people supported.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. A relevant 3rd level qualification in Social Care or Health Sector.
2. Current Live Register Certificate from NMBI or Social Care qualification registered with or eligible to register with CORU by November 2025.
3. Previous experience of effectively managing a staff team and demonstrating proven ability to lead, motivate, empower, and achieve results through people.

1. Fluency in verbal and written English.
2. Full clean manual Driving Licence, which qualifies you to drive manual transmission vehicles on Irish Roads.
