Job Description:
The successful candidate will work in our production facility based in Co Wexford.
Responsibilities include ensuring adequate preparation for busy periods, producing food lines for sale, and maintaining high standards of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all ordered stock is made and completed before the end of each shift
* Have an in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation to perform the job competently
* Assist with the development of staff in the Food Production area
* Practice efficient stock management including correct merchandising and rotation of stock in the Kitchen department
* Prepare food lines for sale, ensuring each product is produced as per recipe
* Maintain product quality and accuracy of pricing, completing documentation in relation to HACCP
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High standards of product knowledge, efficient stock management, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday 5am-2pm or 11am – 7pm.
