This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with3+ years of experienceto play a key role in the work-winning process for large-scale, complex projects across Ireland.With a salary of up to€60,000, this role is centered on managing the documentation, coordination, and technical aspects of tender submissions, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and commercially accurate proposals are delivered on time.Key ResponsibilitiesTender Coordination & Management: Manage the entire tender documentation process, ensuring all technical, commercial, and administrative components of the bid are compiled accurately and submitted by strict client deadlines.Technical Documentation: Review and understand complex technical specifications, scope documents, and design drawings specific to Data Centre, M&E, or specialist industrial projects.Query Management (RFIs): Act as the central point of contact for the bid team, managing and coordinating the internal response process for Requests for Information (RFIs) to ensure technical clarity for the Estimators.Proposal Development: Assist in developing non-commercial sections of the proposal, including methodologies, quality submissions, project plans, and technical schedules, ensuring they align with the win strategy.Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate input from internal teams (Estimating, Design, Operations) and external stakeholders (subcontractors, suppliers) to ensure the bid submission is comprehensive.Knowledge Management: Maintain and update the library of standard content, project data, and best practice narratives to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of future bids.What You'll BringProven Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role such as Bid Coordinator, Tender Engineer, or Junior Bid Manager within the construction, M&E, or engineering sectors .Sector Exposure: Previous experience with projects in Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, or other highly technical commercial environments is highly desirable.Documentation Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in preparing professional, high-quality technical and commercial documents.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of coordinating input from technical experts and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.Qualifications: A relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.What Our Client OffersA competitive salary of up to €60,000, commensurate with experience.The opportunity to specialize in the high-growth Data Centre sector in a key supporting role.A clear pathway for professional development within the pre-construction and commercial departments.A dynamic, supportive environment within a specialized Dublin-based contractor.The GEDON AdvantageGEDON Executive is a global search firm specializing in the pre-construction and work-winning sector.
