Job Title: Sales Administrator Location: W5A Ladytown Business Park, Naas Department: Sales Reports To: General Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team and support our sales efforts. The desired candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers with enquiries about products, orders, and deliveries. In this role, the individual will also be expected to provide essential support to our sales representatives. The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately and follow up with order acknowledgments/ order confirmations with shipment details. Respond promptly to customer enquiries, order requests, and delivery times. Collaborate with sales representatives and the purchase team to ensure timely deliveries. Manage order entry and invoicing with large emphasis on accurate pricing Manage some of our larger customer accounts through reporting mechanisms and analysation Handle administrative tasks such as preparing daily/weekly sales reports, customer account set ups etc Communication with customers regarding order status, pricing and delivery updates Resolve issues related to orders, including returns or exchanges, while maintaining a positive customer experience. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent, or similar role. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. SAP Business One experience would be a bonus
